Operations Manager - Remote Oversight

About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Operations Manager to provide remote oversight and leadership for their manufacturing operations, supporting sites that may include Bloemfontein . This senior role focuses on driving operational excellence, efficiency, and profitability through strategic planning, process optimization, and performance management. You will work closely with on-site management teams, leveraging data and communication tools to guide decision-making, implement best practices, and ensure the successful execution of operational goals.
