- Lead and manage global, remote-based consulting engagements for key clients, ensuring exceptional outcomes.
- Develop and refine cutting-edge strategies for digital transformation, operational excellence, and organizational change.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, providing expert insights and strategic direction.
- Mentor and develop high-performing, geographically dispersed consulting teams.
- Drive business development efforts within the remote advisory practice, identifying and securing new opportunities.
- Contribute to the firm s intellectual capital through thought leadership and innovative methodology development.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in top-tier management consulting, with a significant track record in leading strategic transformations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage remote teams and complex virtual client engagements effectively.
- Deep expertise in one or more key areas such as digital strategy, organizational redesign, or process optimization.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, particularly in virtual environments.
- Master s degree or PhD in a relevant field; an MBA from a top-tier institution is highly desirable.
