• Over 7 years of progressive experience in project management , with a significant focus on digital transformation or large-scale technology implementations.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is mandatory.
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects with significant change management components.
• Deep understanding of digital technologies , enterprise software, and cloud platforms.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and leadership skills, capable of driving change across an organization.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects and teams in a fully remote or distributed setting.
