About the Role
Our client is seeking a visionary and experienced Director of Operations to lead their fully remote operational strategy, impacting the Randburg area. This executive role requires a leader with a proven ability to design, implement, and manage complex operational frameworks that drive efficiency, scalability, and profitability. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for operations, optimizing processes, and leading high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with the company's long-term vision and goals.
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring maximum efficiency, quality, and service delivery across the organization.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse, remote workforce , fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Manage operational budgets, drive cost-saving initiatives, and optimize resource allocation.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success and identify areas for enhancement.

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Operations Management , with a significant portion in senior leadership roles.
- Proven success in managing large-scale operations and driving significant business improvements in a remote setting .
- Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.
- Expertise in lean methodologies , process optimization, and performance management.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
