WHO WE ARE? We are a unique all island economic development agency with over 25 years’ experience of supporting thousands of SMEs, with a deep and practical understanding of how to help businesses address challenges and take advantage of new growth opportunities.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR? We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Director to support the Director of Enterprise Development in leading Inter Trade Ireland 's enterprise portfolio, which currently focuses on entrepreneurship and innovation, and supporting them in the delivery of the organisation's strategic priorities.
KEY
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a high-impact role that combines senior leadership with line management responsibility for programme managers, ensuring the cohesive design, delivery, and oversight of major programmes and supports that deliver measurable benefits for Inter Trade Ireland , businesses, and stakeholders across the island.
This post-holder will also deputise for Directors as required and work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to help inform and implement organisational strategy.
As a senior member of staff, responsibilities will include leading the development of existing and new initiatives, ensuring that Inter Trade Ireland is strategically positioned within the wider economic support ecosystem across the island through effective external stakeholder engagement.
