About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Remote Purchasing Manager to lead their global procurement efforts, supporting operations in Benoni . - Analyze spending patterns and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and risk mitigation within the Gauteng region and beyond.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in purchasing and procurement, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful cost-saving procurement strategies.
- Exceptional negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
- Experience managing remote teams and utilizing virtual collaboration tools effectively.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are highly desirable.
