- Provide strategic direction and oversight for a portfolio of complex projects .
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers and project coordinators in a remote setting.
- Develop and implement robust project management frameworks and best practices across the organization.
- Oversee budget adherence, risk management, and quality assurance for all assigned projects.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure clear, consistent communication across all levels of the company.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the project management office and delivery teams.
- Over 8 years of progressive experience in project management , with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Extensive experience managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Expertise in multiple project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent certification is essential.
