About the Role
Our client is looking for a visionary and strategic Operations Director to spearhead their operational initiatives from Centurion . This senior leadership position requires an individual with a proven ability to design, implement, and manage sophisticated operational frameworks that drive growth and efficiency. You will be responsible for setting the operational vision, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all operations align with the company's strategic objectives.

- Define and execute the company's overall operational strategy and vision.
- Lead and manage all aspects of operational functions, including supply chain, logistics, and service delivery.

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Operations Management , with a strong emphasis on strategic planning.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale operations and driving significant operational improvements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in change management and implementing operational transformations.
- Experience with advanced analytics, process optimization, and technology integration in operations.
