- Lead and manage end-to-end consulting engagements, from proposal development to final delivery.

- Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers at client organizations.

- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, with a proven track record of leading major initiatives.
