Electrical Project Manager Lisburn / Hybrid | £45,000-£50,000  Bonus  Company Car/Car Allowance An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Project Manager to join a growing organisation delivering electrical safety and monitoring solutions across healthcare, industrial and infrastructure environments. This role would suit an experienced Electrical Engineer, Senior Electrician or Electrical Supervisor looking to make the move into project management, as well as an established Electrical Project Manager looking for a role with greater autonomy and progression.

You'll be responsible for coordinating projects from initial planning through to completion and handover, working closely with customers, contractors, consultants, engineers and internal stakeholders.

The Role As Electrical Project Lead, you will:
Lead the day-to-day coordination and delivery of electrical projects. Plan, organise and prioritise your own workload and project activities. Act as a key point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle. Manage customer expectations and provide regular project updates. Coordinate internal and external engineers, contractors, consultants and suppliers. Attend site meetings and customer reviews. Support project budgeting, planning and resource allocation.

Manage project documentation including RAMS, schedules, reports and technical records. Review technical drawings, specifications and project information. Identify and manage project risks, issues and changes. Coordinate installation, commissioning and project activities through to completion. Ensure successful project handover and that customer requirements are met. Help improve project delivery processes and ways of working. The role will involve occasional travel to the Republic of Ireland, so flexibility to travel when required is essential.

About You We're looking for someone who is confident managing projects, stakeholders and their own diary, with the ability to take ownership and make decisions. You could be:
An experienced Electrical Project Manager looking for your next move. An Electrical Supervisor, Foreman or Senior Electrician ready to step into project leadership. An Electrical Engineer with strong site and customer-facing experience looking to move into project management. You'll need: A relevant electrical qualification, preferably trade-based. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671). Experience working within an electrical, supervisory or project-based environment.

Strong organisational and planning skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability. A full driving licence. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Most importantly, you'll need to be someone who is comfortable working autonomously, can manage their own diary and workload, and isn't afraid to have difficult conversations when required. You'll need to be confident managing expectations, challenging issues and keeping projects moving.

Experience in Electrical Project Management or Project Coordination would be advantageous, as would experience with C&G 2391, ECS Gold Card, AutoCAD/Draft Sight or healthcare/critical electrical environments.
