We’re recruiting for a Recruitment Operations Manager here at Justice Digital, Data and Science to be part of our warm and collaborative Recruitment Operations team.

The Recruitment Operations Manager plays a key role in delivering a high-quality onboarding and induction experience for new employees joining Justice Digital, Data & Science. This role is responsible for designing, implementing and continuously improving induction programmes that support new hires in feeling welcomed, informed and prepared to succeed at Justice Digital, Data & Science.

The postholder ensures that onboarding and induction processes are aligned with organisational goals and culture. The role also manages the Recruitment Operations Advisors and contributes to fostering a culture of belonging, engagement and high performance.

This position offers the opportunity to shape how talent is welcomed into Justice Digital, Data & Science and to make a meaningful impact on employee experience from day one. It is also ideal for candidates who are ready to step into a management role.

The team can be onboarding up to 200+ people at any one time with people based in various locations meaning induction is usually completed remotely.
