Join our Securitization team, in the Manager, Securitization Operations position. In this role, you will lead the operational execution and governance of key activities supporting the NHA MBS (National Housing Act Mortgage-Backed Securities) Program, including pool creation, readiness for validation, guarantee processes and ongoing operational management. You will ensure effective risk and compliance governance at the operational level, including monitoring, reporting and resolution of loan errors as well as operational incidents, while supporting the Senior Manager on complex risk assessments and escalations.

In this role, you will prioritize system enhancements and operational improvements while maintaining effective governance documentation and processes. You will also lead a team of professionals, aligning resources and activities to achieve business objectives, drive continuous improvement, and support a high-performing, engaged workforce.

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day securitization operational activities, ensuring effective execution of pooling and validation readiness processes.
• Monitor operational performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure compliance with established processes, service standards, and regulatory requirements.
