Program Director - Social Impact

About the Role

• Develop and implement strategic plans for new and existing social impact programs.
• Oversee the management and execution of all program activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and impact.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and funders.
• Prepare and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

• Extensive experience in program management, leadership, and strategic planning within the non-profit or social sector.
• Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and scaling impactful social programs.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing significant budgets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a distributed team in a remote environment.
• Master's degree in Public Policy, International Development, Non-profit Management, or a related field.
