About the Role
Our client, a distinguished recruitment consultancy in Rustenburg , seeks a strategic and results-driven Divisional Recruitment Manager to lead and expand their operations. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of consultants, driving business development initiatives, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery within your division. This senior role requires a leader with a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, exceptional management skills, and a passion for talent acquisition.
You will shape the future of the division, foster a high-performance culture, and contribute significantly to the overall success of the firm in the North West province, operating with a flexible remote work arrangement.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruitment consultants to achieve individual and divisional targets.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and market share in the assigned division.
- Oversee client relationship management, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment regulations and ethical practices.
- Report on divisional performance, financial metrics, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
- Extensive experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 5 years in a management or leadership role.
- Proven success in business development and achieving recruitment targets.
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a remote or hybrid team effectively.
