- Oversee and coordinate all aircraft maintenance activities, including scheduled checks, unscheduled repairs, and modifications, remotely.
- Ensure all maintenance performed complies with regulatory requirements, manufacturer specifications, and company procedures.
- Manage the technical aspects of the maintenance planning and execution, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Supervise and mentor a team of aircraft maintenance engineers, providing technical guidance and support via virtual channels.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance performed, including component changes and service bulletins.
- Liaise with flight operations, engineering, and quality assurance departments to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license (e.g., CASA, EASA, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of airframe and engine systems for a variety of aircraft types.
- Proficiency in using digital maintenance tracking systems and remote collaboration tools.
- Excellent understanding of aviation regulations (e.g., SACAA) and safety management principles.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills suitable for a remote environment.
