- Lead the QGS USACE portfolio end to end, including project planning, staffing, execution oversight, financial performance, and closeout across multiple Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build projects.
- Serve as Senior Project Manager on assigned projects, owning schedule, budget, quality, safety, and customer relationships from Notice to Proceed through final acceptance.
- Build and lead the USACE team, establish delivery systems and processes, and partner with construction operations to deliver projects to one QGS standard.
