Senior Project Manager - Civil Infrastructure

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Civil Infrastructure to lead significant projects. This role is designed for a results-oriented professional who can manage projects remotely, from initiation through to successful closure. You will be responsible for overall project planning, resource allocation, budget management, and stakeholder communication, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

• Oversee the end-to-end management of multiple civil infrastructure projects simultaneously.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budgets, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, ensuring clear communication.
• Monitor project progress, preparing regular status reports and performance metrics for senior management.

• BEng or BSc in Civil Engineering or equivalent; PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
• Over 10 years of experience in managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
• Proven success in delivering projects on schedule and within budget, with a strong understanding of construction methodologies.
• Expertise in project management software and tools for remote collaboration and tracking.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fully remote environment.
