Key Responsibilities   Oversee all day-to-day operations of the catering division, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards.
Develop and implement strategic operational plans, including process improvements and technology adoption.
Manage and mentor a remote team of operational managers and staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and regulatory requirements across all operational sites.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, client satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements   Extensive experience in operations management , with a significant portion in the catering or hospitality industry, demonstrating success in leading remote teams.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic operational plans and drive significant improvements.
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control expertise.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with operational management software, ERP systems, and collaboration tools for remote work.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, Hospitality, or a related field;
Master's degree is a plus.
