This position is responsible for the overall business operations and profitability at one of our multifamily communities. The Community Manager will possess strong resident relations and interpersonal skills with the ability to attract, guide, develop and mentor a high-performing team and is responsible for promoting and acting in accordance with our company polices and values to ensure our culture of workplace excellence is experienced by all team members.
