PMO - Center of Excellence Leader Brazil Operations – Project Management; Fully Remote

• This is a remote leadership role based in Brazil, serving as a key reference across PMO, project management, agility, and governance.
• You will lead the Center of Excellence, developing professionals and strengthening methodologies and delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop professionals, providing mentoring, career guidance, and retention initiatives.
• Structure and evolve PMO and Agile standards, frameworks, and best practices across Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery models.
• Support portfolio governance, workforce planning, and the adoption of AI-enabled tools for project predictability and automation.

Requirements:

• Solid experience managing complex portfolios, programs, and projects in multinational, multi-client environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe, PRINCE2, Scrum, and tools like Jira, Azure Dev Ops, and MS Project.
• Advanced English or Spanish for collaboration with international customers and LATAM teams.
