Program Director

Our client is seeking a visionary and strategic Program Director to lead their key initiatives in Pretoria and surrounding areas. This senior leadership role is responsible for the overall planning, implementation, and management of impactful programs that align with the organization's mission. You will oversee program staff, manage budgets, ensure operational efficiency, and drive measurable outcomes. • Provide strategic direction and leadership for all assigned programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of program activities, ensuring high-quality service delivery and impact.
• Manage program budgets effectively, including financial planning, monitoring, and reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise program staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community partners, and funding bodies across Gauteng .
• Monitor program performance against established metrics and outcomes, utilizing data to drive continuous improvement and strategic adjustments.

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Administration, Social Work, Development Studies) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in program management , with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and achieving programmatic goals within budget and timelines.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Experience working with diverse communities and stakeholders in the Pretoria region is highly desirable.
