- Lead the development and execution of industrial engineering strategies and projects to optimize operations.
- Manage and mentor a team of industrial engineers, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development support.
- Oversee the design and implementation of lean manufacturing systems, process improvements, and workflow optimizations.
- Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional leaders to set operational goals and KPIs.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance productivity and quality.
- Present findings, recommendations, and project progress to executive stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Extensive experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred), and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and drive significant operational change.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
