Job Description
- Lead day-to-day operations and drive overall branch growth and profitability.
- Develop business through established and new healthcare and senior care referral relationships.
- Strengthen relationships with referral partners throughout Ventura County.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing local team.
- Oversee staffing, caregiver operations, service delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Monitor operational, financial, and growth KPIs and execute plans to achieve business goals.
- Ensure an exceptional experience for clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners.
- Maintain compliance with California home care requirements and organizational standards.
- Identify opportunities to expand market presence and improve operational performance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of home care or senior care leadership experience.
- Established referral relationships within Ventura County.
- Proven business development and relationship-building ability.
- Experience leading teams and managing operational performance.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Financial and KPI management experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
