We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join and grow with our Water and Wastewater team. In this role, you will lead the successful delivery of municipal water and wastewater treatment projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve client objectives, project goals, and organizational standards. You will play a key role in fostering strong client relationships, mentoring team members, and contributing to the continued growth of our Water business.
You will also help promote our strong safety culture and commitment to caring for one another.

This position offers the flexibility of our hybrid work model, including flexible hours and the opportunity to work from home, while being based in one of our offices in Markham, Mississauga, Kitchener, London, or Bowmanville.
Responsibilities
- Lead the project management and delivery of preliminary and detailed design projects for municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, and linear infrastructure.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, health and safety, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and provide leadership to technical staff to ensure successful project execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal clients, stakeholders, and project partners while serving as a trusted advisor.
- Monitor project performance, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage project financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, invoicing, and resource planning.
- Mentor and support junior engineers and technical staff, fostering collaboration and professional development.
