Job Description

Provide effective payroll administration within the People & Culture Service through the establishment and delivery of administrative procedures, processes and specialist support that contribute to a consistent and high quality service provision to Council Departments and supported Services:
In order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the key objectives in relation to those identified within the People & Culture Service Plan and the Community Plan.

Requirements

Individual

This is a permanent full time post based within Opera House, Kilmarnock.

The hours of work are 35 hours per week to be worked:
Monday - Thursday, 9.00am - 5.00pm & Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm

The full time salary of the post is between £27,937 - £ 29,247 per annum.

The workstyle for the post is 'Remote' - Less than 20% of time is in office base. You will work less than 1 day per week at your administrative base and the rest of the week working at home or in other work locations as required. An element of working in the office will still be required on a regular basis.

It is the expectation that all office-based employees (with the exception of those working in schools) will work to the higher end of their allocated workstyle in terms of time spent in the office or at other work locations.
