Remote HSE Manager

Our client is seeking a highly competent and experienced Remote HSE Manager to oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives across their operations. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive HSE policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and driving continuous improvement in safety performance.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management system .
• Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant national and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Develop and deliver HSE training programs to employees and contractors.
• Promote a strong safety culture through engagement, communication, and leadership.
• Manage environmental impact assessments and develop strategies for pollution prevention and waste management.

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HSE management, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management techniques, and safety management systems.
• Experience in developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures .
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective remote management.
• Certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is highly desirable.
