I am delighted to be working on an exclusive opportunity with a boutique law firm looking to appoint an experienced Head of Family as part of an exciting period of growth.

This is a particularly interesting role for a senior Family Solicitor who wants to have genuine influence from day one
. The firm is looking to build out its Family offering and is seeking someone who can play a key role in developing the team and shaping the future direction of the department.

• Lead and develop the firm's growing Family Law offering
• Handle a high-quality caseload of private family matters
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Help shape the structure and direction of the new team
• Play an active role in future recruitment and team development
• Work closely with the wider leadership team as the department grows

• 8+ years' PQE in Family Law
• Strong private family experience
• Confident handling complex matters independently
• Commercially minded with excellent client management skills
• Previous leadership, management or team-building experience would be advantageous
• Someone who is ambitious and wants to be part of building something rather than simply joining an established team

• £85,000 salary
