What you'll do:

Provide strategic direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement effective program plans.

Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize, scope, and evaluate enterprise-wide projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Drive continuous improvement by assessing operational processes, identifying opportunities, and implementing best practices.

Collaborate with senior leaders to establish success criteria, manage risks, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders.

Oversee program performance by monitoring key metrics, analyzing outcomes, and guiding return-on-investment evaluations.

Foster talent development through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning to build a skilled and engaged workforce.

Promote ethical standards and integrity by integrating company values into all programs and practices.
