The F acilities Management Division oversees a statewide real estate portfolio of approximately 6 million square feet, including commercial office buildings, high rise facilities, laboratory spaces, and structured parking. The division manages an annual operating budget of approximately $30 million and is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable building operations across all properties.

The Liaison will oversee operations, monitor preventive and corrective maintenance, support capital planning efforts, and ensure that all building services are delivered within established budgetary parameters. The role requires judgment in balancing operational needs and fiscal stewardship.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- First shift
- The primary reporting location is 450 Columbus Blvd., Hartford, CT, with regular travel to assigned facility locations throughout the state
- Hybrid work environment (combination of on-site and remote work)
- After hours availability is required to respond to building emergencies
