Regional Franchise Manager; Fully Remote

• Fully remote position based in the southern or southeastern United States.
• Supports a network of 18-25 franchise branches with significant travel up to 70%.

• Provide hands-on business guidance and coaching to franchise owners across P&L, operations, sales, staffing, and accounts receivable.
• Monitor business performance, review financial reports, and identify solutions to emerging challenges.
• Conduct compliance evaluations and support franchisees on marketing initiatives and employee relations.

• Minimum 2-year college degree and at least 5 years of multi-unit management experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Working knowledge of lawn care, tree care, and pest management operations preferred.
