Role:
Associate Director of Payments responsible for end-to-end clinical site payment processes across North and South America within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division. Primary objective s include ensuring accurate, timely payments to clinical trial sites, leading process improvements, and managing compliance.
- Lead the Americas Payments team (including insourced, outsourced, and contractor staff)
- Collaborate with Global Pricing and CTMS teams for process and system alignment
- Resolve payment disputes
- Drive operational efficiencies and talent development
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years in clinical trial administration, procure-to-pay, or related fields
- Experience managing teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with clinical trial systems
- Experience with clinical trial budgeting, procurement, clinical operations, and systems like Tableau
- Focus on clinical trial payment processes for global studies, with an emphasis on process automation, system integration, and compliance
The role requires approximately 10% domestic and international travel and offers remote work flexibility based on approval.
