Monitor service performance, maintain inspection readiness and lead robust improvement plans covering quality assurance, safeguarding, risk management, training and regulatory compliance.

Lead, coach and support Service Managers and, at times, Peripatetic Managers through effective supervision, appraisal, talent development, recruitment and performance management.

Hold accountability for budgets, staffing and operational risks while building effective relationships with commissioners, HMPPS, probation services, NAPA, community organisations and other partners.

  • Commercially and operationally capable:
You will bring a proven record of meeting targets, managing multiple budgets, improving performance, leading change, managing offender risk and building effective senior-level relationships with commissioners and key stakeholders.
