North America Operations Director

X4 Engineering are working with a global APSCA Member Firm looking for an Operations Director to oversee all North America Social Compliance Auditing activities.

This role will be fully remote position open to all candidates across the US & Canada.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead North America operations, ensuring effective delivery of audit services across the region.
• Oversee the planning and scheduling function for approximately 4,000–5,000 audit days annually
• Manage Audit Managers and Audit Schedulers
• Own North America regional P&L of approximately $10 million
  , ensuring operational decisions support both service quality and financial performance.

Education & Skills Required

• Experience in social compliance auditing
  , responsible sourcing, supply chain compliance, ESG auditing, or human rights due diligence
• No requirement to be a current CSCA
• Prior experience leading operations, scheduling, audit delivery, resource planning, or regional service delivery teams.
• Ability to manage through managers, with experience overseeing distributed teams and indirect reports.
• Proven track record of 8-figure P&L oversight
