  • Build and lead a world-class team - recruiting, training, and developing project managers and review staff.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to shape pricing models and win new business.
  • Champion AI and advanced analytics - including CAL and predictive coding - to optimize review workflows.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for high-stakes client issues and critical deadlines.
  • Analyze KPIs and metrics to continuously improve review speed, accuracy, and profitability.
  • Lead executive-level search efforts for key positions alongside creative staffing solutions.
  • Embody Roth Staffing’s Mission, Vision & Values - building remarkable experiences every person, every time.
What You’ll Bring
  • Juris Doctor (JD) with active bar membership in good standing.

  • Expert-level proficiency in Relativity and industry-standard review platforms.
  • Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar budgets and large-scale teams.
  • Collaborative team player committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
