Chief Operating Officer- Senior Living- U.S

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to provide leadership across a growing senior living and healthcare organization. The role will involve overseeing operations, supporting business growth, developing teams and working closely with senior leadership to achieve organizational goals.

United States-based role

United States-based, with a combination of remote working and regular travel to communities, offices and other locations as required.

The successful candidate must be based in the United States and comfortable with regular travel.

• Travel throughout the United States as required.

• Senior leadership experience in senior living, healthcare or a related sector.
• Experience overseeing operations, teams or multiple locations.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial and operational awareness.
• Ability to support business growth and organizational development.
• Experience managing performance and developing teams.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

• Based in the United States and willing to travel regularly.
