Side interest Hall Transportation is searching for a Head Supervisor to regulate all parts of the fleet activity and give excellent client care to the retail locations. The Senior supervisor reports to the VP of Transportation.

• Execute and uphold strategies and practices that align with the organization’s thinking. Assess processes and techniques with the objective of expected upgrades through ideas and suggestions. Create and carry out methodologies to advance limits, determinations and decrease functional expense. Screen facilities including Yard, Mechanical Shop, Fuel Cove and Tire Straight offices and provide input that improves efficiencies and creation.
• Plan and oversee daily routes and mitigate unforeseen snags and hindrances that might forestall store transportation, backtakes or holder supply. Handle unexpected episodes that might hinder day‑to‑day tasks. Oversee outsider transporters by ensuring all quality means are being met.
• Know about local, state, and government regulatory organizations’ safety and compliance guidelines and best practices to keep a culture of wellbeing. Model safety culture. Proactively recognize and address hazardous circumstances, work cycles and behaviors. Mentor through wellbeing perceptions.
• Gather and analyze information to assist with process improvement drives. Impart strategies and needs across the organization. Oversee and impart change drives to supervisors and associates. Foster administrators and associates by equipping them with assets and expanding their range of abilities. Create and develop by staying current on industry patterns and the ongoing business climate.
• Lead the activity with integrity to meet or surpass marketing strategy targets. Have an overall view of the fleet financial plan and related costs. Team up with supervisors on ways of decreasing work expenses. Set and enforce working responsibilities.

• 8 years of fleet experience.
• Secondary everyday schedule required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Capacity to work an adaptable timetable including evenings and weekends.
• Capacity to handle diverse responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Solid authoritative and critical thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with DAB, hazardous materials and OSHA guidelines.
• Must pass a pre‑business drug screen and personal investigation.
