- Lead the Amp Seq programme as a strategic growth platform across global stakeholders.
- Balance strategic leadership with operational issue resolution for near-term delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct cross-functional change across NGS workflows, manufacturing scale-up, and customer onboarding.
- Partner with Operations, Commercial, Product Development, Quality, and senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent in life sciences, genomics, or programme management.
- Significant experience leading complex cross-functional programmes in life sciences.
- Strong communication and governance skills with executive audiences.
