Telecoms Operations Manager

Our client, a prominent entity in the South African telecoms market , is seeking an accomplished Telecoms Operations Manager to lead their operational division in Durban, Kwa Zulu-Natal . This leadership role is critical for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, network uptime, and customer satisfaction. • Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's telecoms operations , including network management, service provision, and technical support.

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies , network infrastructure, and operational best practices.
