Telecommunications Project Manager - Remote

Our client is looking for a highly organized and experienced Telecommunications Project Manager to lead key initiatives from a remote capacity, supporting projects in the Stellenbosch area and beyond. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing complex telecommunications projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to drive project success in a distributed team environment.

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets for telecommunications projects.
• Manage project execution, monitor progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings, provide regular status updates, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Lead project closure activities, including lessons learned and final reporting.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager , with a significant focus on telecommunications projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a remote setting .
• Experience with contract negotiation and vendor management.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
