• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards

• Manage client accounts and resolve issues promptly

• Lead and manage personnel issues for cleaning staff

• Foster relationships with key clients and store managers

• Coordinate scheduling, hiring, and training for staff

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in supervisory or management roles

• Valid driver's license in good standing

• Strong customer service skills required

• Excellent communication skills in English
