Capital One is seeking a Senior Director, Tax Accounting to steer global tax provisioning, reporting, and forecasting. You will partner with the Chief Tax Officer and finance leadership to optimize the effective tax rate and capital planning, including tax considerations for acquisitions and divestitures.
You will manage a 4-person tax team, ensure SOX-compliant controls, and oversee tax accounting for US GAAP and SEC reporting, including CCAR-related activities as needed.
