The Finance & Procurement Technology team islooking for a Senior Global Program Manager who is a multi-tasking self-starter with proven leadership experience in matrixed organizations, who obsesses details and drives lightning-fast resolution of items within the scope of their programs. You thrive in new technology spaces and easily build successful relationships across large teams of engineers, product managers, architects,and Agile practitioners.

The role will report directly into a Director of Program Management and will belong to the broader client Technology team. Finance& Procurement experiences and capabilities bring the best of Nike experiences to our consumers where they are, to better serve consumers 1:1 andat scale. This role will support global and geo teams in the execution of ourvision and strategy as we accelerate the growth of client.

You will partner closely with a large amount of cross-functional teams including 3 rd Party Vendors to lead and drive end-to-end programs.

• Bachelor's Degree or higherin
  
  Information Technology, Business, Communications or Combination of relevant education, experience and training.
• Aconsistent track record driving sophisticated global projects from inception to reality and delivering business results.
• Abilityto drive higher level conversations and outcomes combined with the abilityto get tactical with teams on scope, schedule and budget.

• The position can be remote. Core hours of 7am – 4pm Pacific with the occasional need to flex between the hours of 6am and 6pm Pacific.

• A deep understanding of what it takes toship software iteratively in collaboration with large engineering, program,and product teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and proven experience leading discussions with senior leadership.
• 10 years ofwork experience in the industry

• Drive measurable results and influence others towards business objectives regardless of reporting structure.
• Lead and manage ambiguous strategic initiatives across many functions, including defining scope, identifyingtradeoffs, and gathering educated estimates to support commitment and planning decisions.
• Formulate and drive impactfulrecommendations to solve complex problems.
• Cultivate a culture of inclusion andpromote a growth mentality among teams and collaborators.
• Hold cross-functional partners accountable when there is a need to scope flexible engineering solutions fast and efficiently in order to meet the consumer need.
• Act as a coach, thought partner, and Agile evangelist across the business in service to the consumer.
