We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Product Engineering for a global b2b2c enterprise SaaS organization. This leader will drive product strategy and oversee engineering and product teams building and scaling technology solutions across the product suite. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of product management and engineering leadership, with the ability to translate market and customer needs into product strategy, prioritize new initiatives, and lead large-scale technology development.
This is a highly visible leadership position working closely with executive stakeholders across product, engineering, technology, and the broader business. The role will oversee 50+ employees across product and engineering and will have significant influence over the organization's product roadmap and growth strategy. This job is the equivalent of a CPTO in many other companies and while at an SVP level in this org, it will carry at Head of title.

- Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution across a portfolio of B2B2C enterprise SaaS Products
- Lead and develop a 60+ person product and engineering organization, including senior leaders and managers.
- Balance new product development and innovation with the modernization of established, business-critical platforms.
- Partner with executive leadership to evaluate new initiatives, prioritize investment, and translate business goals into product and technology strategy.
- Drive modernization of legacy technology while maintaining production stability, customer commitments, and revenue continuity.
- Establish stronger collaboration across product, engineering, technology, and business stakeholders to improve delivery and product outcomes.
- 15+ years of progressive experience across product management, software engineering, technology, or a combination of the two, including significant experience leading at the Director/VP level.
- early career development in software engineering or relative engineering function across technology products
- Proven experience leading large, multidisciplinary organizations of 50+ employees across product management, engineering, and/or technology, with responsibility for organizational structure, hiring, performance, and leadership development.
- Strong technical foundation in software engineering and product development, with enough depth to credibly partner with senior architects and engineering leaders on architecture, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, technical debt, and modernization strategy.
- Demonstrated success owning the strategy and evolution of large-scale, revenue-generating technology products, including responsibility for product vision, roadmap, prioritization, investment decisions, and measurable business outcomes.
- Proven experience modernizing mature or legacy platforms without disrupting an existing production business. Must understand how to balance technical debt, modernization, new feature development, customer commitments, and revenue continuity.
- Experience taking an established product through a meaningful technology or product transformation, while simultaneously introducing new capabilities, improving the customer experience, and establishing a longer-term platform strategy.
- Executive-level experience partnering with a Managing Director, GM, CEO, CTO, CIO, or equivalent business leadership, with the ability to influence strategy, challenge assumptions, and make difficult prioritization and investment decisions.
