Client Success Manager

Position: Client Success Manager Hybrid Role
Lead the Client Success team at GovAI in a hybrid environment, ensuring clients maximize value from AI tools and services. This full-time role focuses on strategic leadership and hands-on support.

As the Manager of Client Success, you will oversee Client Success Managers to enhance product adoption and long-term relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include developing client success strategies, enhancing customer retention, and maintaining high client satisfaction through effective collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive client success strategies

• Mentor and support Client Success Managers in client relationships

• Monitor performance indicators related to client adoption and satisfaction

• Design playbooks for retention and account expansion

• Oversee onboarding strategies and business reviews for clients

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in Client Success or Account Management

• At least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing client-facing teams

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• Experience with government or enterprise clients

• Familiarity with CRM and client success platforms
