Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Regional Fleet Manager to oversee and optimize transportation operations across multiple territories, working remotely. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of fleet management, driver performance, and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for implementing best practices, driving efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and service delivery across your assigned region, all while managing your responsibilities from a remote location.

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance fleet efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve on-time delivery performance across the region.
• Manage and mentor a team of remote dispatchers and site-based fleet supervisors, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee fleet maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and minimizing vehicle downtime.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for fleet operations, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to all transportation regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations departments to manage fleet acquisition, disposition, and vendor relationships.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field;
  Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics operations.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and operations effectively.
• Strong understanding of fleet maintenance, safety regulations, and supply chain optimization.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and data analysis tools.
