Remote Aviation Project Manager

Our client is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Remote Aviation Project Manager to lead key initiatives within their organization. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to manage complex aviation projects from anywhere, coordinating global teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives. You will be responsible for project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This position requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, coupled with a deep understanding of the aviation industry's unique challenges and opportunities.

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional, geographically dispersed project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure effective communication and reporting to all stakeholders regarding project status, milestones, and outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;
  Master's degree or PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing complex projects within the aviation or aerospace industry.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
