Program Manager - Community Support

Our client, a leading non-profit organization, is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Program Manager to oversee their community support initiatives in Durban . This hybrid role involves managing the strategic direction, implementation, and evaluation of programs designed to assist vulnerable populations. You will work closely with program staff, community partners, and beneficiaries to ensure effective service delivery and positive outcomes.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of all community support programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in program management within the non-profit sector .
• Proven ability to manage budgets, staff, and complex projects effectively.
