Senior Project Manager

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join their innovative team, working entirely remotely. This role is critical for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Senior Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and deliverables, ensuring they support the business goals, in a fully remote, collaborative environment.

This position requires exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage distributed teams effectively.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing direction.
• Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create a lessons-learned report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management , with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Experience working in a remote team environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
