- Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in national operations management.
- Demonstrated success in leading and transforming operations in a large-scale, multi-site, or remote environment.
- Expertise in supply chain management, logistics, process improvement, and performance management.
- Exceptional strategic planning, decision-making, and change management skills.
- Proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams remotely.
