- Develop and execute a unified global operations strategy that aligns with company vision and objectives.
- Oversee and optimize international supply chain, logistics, and distribution networks.
- Establish and enforce global operational standards, policies, and best practices.
- Lead and mentor a diverse, global team of operations managers and specialists.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement innovative solutions across all regions.
- Manage global operational budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and resource optimization.
- 10+ years of experience in global operations management or a similar senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing international supply chains and complex logistics.
- Strong understanding of global market dynamics and regulatory environments.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate geographically dispersed teams.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or Operations Management.
